Dr. Arunima Shah is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Management department at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur.
Her research interest areas include consumer interaction with information and communication technology (ICT). (For e.g., e-commerce, m-commerce), media choice behavior, and multi channel retail.
She has a PhD degree in Marketing Management from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Masters in Business Management from University of Calcutta, and Bachelors in Business Administration from J. D. Birla Institute of Management (Jadavpur University), Kolkata.
